An open letter to all prospective instructors...
The Alliance welcomes all prospective black belts to start classes or instruct classes under it's umbrella. The Alliance's purpose is clear, and that as long as the instructor holds a valid black belt certificate from ITF Vienna, Austria, abides by their rules, remains true to the instructor's creed,

follows the syllabus of the Alliance,
S$50 annually
pays the requisite membership fees,
abides by the fee structure for gradings.

Listing on this Website as an Alliance Centre
Collective pool of marketing material and sharing of resources
Collective exchange and training in furtherance of improving our art
Support and required feedback by other instructors
The Alliance values transparency and ensure that no black belt will be deprived of any opportunity to progress and instruct. As such, we will consider any request should you fail to meet any criteria. The organisation is a Company Limited by Guarantee and was set up on a non-profit basis. There is therefore no self-interest to speak of. Any fees are dedicated towards sustenance of the organisation and furtherance of its objects. The Alliance's accounts are audited annually, and a copy is available upon request.
Last but not least, it is our mission to ensure that instructors promote the art without impediment due to insecurity, dishonesty or petty politics. Insofar as you dedicate your time and soul towards sharing the meaningful and beautiful art of ITF Taekwon-Do, this Alliance will protect you.
